Deep Tissue

Perfect massage to relieve muscle pain, joints stiffness, fatigue, also for some clients anxiety and restless mind. This treatment deeply effects other connective tissues as well including fascia. It is highly efficient after hard physical work, is very suitable for athletic people and professional sportsmen. With care it can be given to a client after a sport injury, strain, other muscular or skeletal issues. Relaxation with elements of Shiatsu

A full body massage, performed gently, including pressure on Tsubo points, generic points alongside the body’s meridians. In traditional Japanese medicine these carry energy “Qi” to the vital organs of the body, reinforcing immunity, anti-anxiety, restoration and relaxation. (60 – 90 min)

Yoga Massage

The active/passive way of performing this Indian massage, allows you to become more flexible and frees any blockages, accumulated during the day due to tiredness and stress. You don’t need any yoga experience to enjoy this massage or benefit from its boost of energy and increased production of endorphins. (50 min)

Lomi Lomi Nui

Wonderful Hawaiian ancient massage. Works from the belief that memories are not stored just in the brain but in every cell of human body. The massage focuses its efforts not only on relaxing the physical body, but also the energetic body. The long, continuous strokes are designed to help the body let go of its old patterns and behaviours, and give a release from anxiety, fear and other negative emotions caused by energetic blockages.
It also addresses physical pains, sore muscles, stiff joints, and even helps relieve pain for clients recovering from surgery or other injuries. People with arthritis and fibromyalgia can also benefit from Lomi Lomi massage. (60 min)75
